About Roots REI
Deena's passion for real estate began at a young age. Watching her family buy and sell over 30 homes during her childhood sparked a strong interest in the real estate process.It wasn't until after Deena married Mark that the desire to actually do real estate for a process became a reality.
In 2017 they embarked on their first short term vacation rental. Several years later they sold that and purchased a slightly larger property in a better market. With a goal to build a legacy for their family, Deena and Mark started Roots REI in 2022. Helping people solve their housing issues is what they love to do. With some common sense, a keen insight to finance practices, and love and patience, Roots REI is a great fit for everyone.

Roots REI is excited to be part of the area’s renaissance and we aspire to continue contributing to the economic rejuvenation of Midwest neighborhoods. Since its inception, Roots REI has passionately pursued the goal to help people in our community find an answer to their real estate needs. They’ve developed a solid foundation of real estate knowledge, with the integrity to follow up on promises and make successful deals happen.
